The Spokane Valley Dojo offers classes in facilities near the Argonne Exit off I-90.
We have opportunities to train together two evenings during the week and once on Saturday morning.
Generally, all levels of experience train together, but periodically a beginning class is offered to help new people become acquainted with our movement, attitude, and customs.
